Airports are no longer considered as public utility providers rather economic centers which play a major role in the development of business activities and economic growth of the areas surrounding these airports. The growth of travelers market in the world attracts huge number of Airport users with more demands on facilities and services which creates business opportunities to the Airport surrounding communities and country at large.

The Government through TAA has made huge investments on constructions of new Airport facilities and upgrading the existing ones to accommodate the growth of Aviation industry in the country. These efforts didn’t only improve Airport users experience but also more business opportunities were emerged.

The Authority follows a fair and transparent system for tendering and awarding contracts as per Public Procurement Act.
