Scope of Work (Major Items):

• Airside Pavements (runway, taxiways and cargo and passenger apron)
• Landside Pavements (access road, car parking, connection roads, etc),
• Construction of Airport Building (New Cargo Terminal with cold storage facilities,
• new Control Tower, new Fire station, Energy Centre / Electrical Substation with
• substantial space to accommodate Power system equipment like transformers,
• Standby Generators, HV switch gears, LV switch gears, CCRs and other
• relevant Power system equipment equipped with offices, stores, workshop,
• pantry, washrooms and other important facilities)
• Communication, Navigation and Surveillance (CNS) equipment and facilities
• such as ILS,
• Airfield Ground Lighting (AGL) System,
• Air navigation Aids,
• ICT Systems,
• Waste Water System and Garbage Transfer Station, and
• Airport MET facilities/equipment including any other relevant aviation support
• Services and facilities.
